Property owners may decide to rent or sell their lots, with or without structures, privately, dealing directly with the renter or buyer. They may provide information about the lot/RV/park model here, along with their contact information in order that you can communicate with them directly regarding these properties.
While this is a free service to you there are some requirements that must be adhered to as the property owner:
- You are responsible for giving your renters/buyers a copy of the Rules and Regulations that must be followed as an owner or guest of the park.
- You are responsible for providing placard(s) for your owner’s or renter’s vehicle(s). You can also make arrangements with the POA Park Manager to provide placard(s) for your owner, renter or guest vehicle(s).
- You are responsible for providing your new owner, renter or guest with a gate pass.
- You are responsible for ensuring all Pet Rules are followed:
- If your prospective owner, renter or guest has a pet, they must rent/own in a Pet Friendly circle (C or F) unless they are a certified Service or Emotional Support Animal. Certificates must be presented to the Park Manager for approval prior to admittance to our park.
- An up-to-date inoculation record must be provided to the Park Manager.
- All pets must be on a leash when outside of the home or RV.
- Only two animals permitted per lot or home.
- Pets must not exceed 20 lbs unless they qualify as a Service or Emotional Support Animal.
- Pet owners must always pick up after their pets. There are pet waste stations available in both C and F circles.
- You, as the property owner, have the right to accept or reject pets on your personal property.
- You, as the property owner, are responsible for any damage caused by a guest or renter. We encourage you to get a security deposit for these situations.

The web admins will not be responsible for taking photos, measuring lots, or confirming any information you provide regarding your property.
