2022 Spaghetti Dinner

Unfortunately, Tony & Linda were unable to attend this year’s spaghetti dinner, but I am sure they were there in spirit. A total of 176 dinner tickets were sold. How much food does it take to fill that many dinners you ask? Well, our cooks prepared 11 lbs of spaghetti, 15 gallons of Tony’s homemade sauce, 540 meatballs, salads, and yummy tiramisu to top it off. Our top chefs, Lee and Jim, want to extend their sincere appreciation to all of the workers and residents that supported this special event.

Mama Eagle’s Special Time

All new Moms deserve a day at the Spa to get a break from the kids. Liberty, our female Bald Eagle, certainly took advantage of that break time a few evenings ago. And it’s pretty obvious that she really enjoyed her bath! She took a lot of time shaking off the water on the shore before she flew up in the tree to dry off.

Christmas Dinner 2021

Christmas Dinner at Camp Florida was a hungry persons delight. It was a time for friends to gather together and enjoy each others company while enjoying a deliciously prepared meal. Over 150 tickets were sold for this years event. There was even time for a few smiles in between bites!
